Ash & Alys Babes was co-founded by a team of ambitious sisters passionate about children, giving back and green living. This dynamic duo includes Ashley, a Seattle-based mommy of two boys and Alyssa, an entrepreneur in the making. Our vision is to provide a single shopping destination where parents can find exceptional eco-friendly, natural baby and toddler products. Ash & Alys Babes has also created the SlumberSling®, the first-ever car seat headrest of its kind, and the Twosie™ program, which donates $2 to charity for every bodysuit we sell from our organic line.
Ashley and Alyssa were brought up with a strong foundation of serving others. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to bring our business vision into reality and recognize the necessity of giving back. Our company will always conduct business ethically and with our core values as a guiding light. Ash & Alys Babes gives back in the following ways:
- Ash & Alys Fund: We maintain a private fund that will pay out donations to the variety of charities we choose to support. All charities that receive donations from our fund will be in the interest of children’s health and welfare and environmental conservation.
- SlumberSling® profits: Fifteen percent of SlumberSling profits are donated to our fund.
- Twosie™: For every bodysuit purchased from our line, we donate $2 to our fund. We will occasionally run promotions in which Twosie sales for a set period of time will benefit a specified charity. We will share information about these special campaigns on our blog.
- Individual giving: Each year, Ashley and Alyssa will donate an undisclosed amount to the Ash & Alys Fund from our personal salaries.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges. Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To arrange for a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be sent to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
